Shay Chen is the CEO of Effective Security, and a well-established cyber security expert, analyst, blogger, and researcher with vast experience in information technology and software development. Shay has a stream of previously published vulnerabilities, attack vectors, benchmarks, hacking methodologies, and security initiatives, including mass-scale research initiatives that helped standardize some of the cyber security industry’s modern elements.

He also has a rich public speaking career, and has provided extensive training to more than a hundred white hat hackers and consultants in various cyber security fields and has lectured at dozens of international security conferences and gatherings.
